Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly capable, detail-driven CRM (HubSpot) Specialist to join our Operations team in Bournemouth. You’ll be the in-house HubSpot expert, the go-to person for keeping our platform running smoothly, ensuring data accuracy, and giving our sales and operations teams the tools they need to work smarter and deliver the best service to our customers.

This is a hands-on role with real influence. You’ll have the freedom to shape how Better uses HubSpot across the business, designing smarter workflows, driving automation, and turning data into actionable insight to support growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HubSpot administration, including user setup, permissions, and data quality.

• Act as the first point of contact for all HubSpot queries and troubleshooting

• Build and refine workflows to automate and streamline the customer journey from sales to install and support

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that track sales activity, conversion rates and operational progress

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve business efficiency and performance.

• Deliver onboarding and training sessions for new starters, plus refresher training for existing users

• Produce clear, practical user guides to help the team get the most from HubSpot

• Keep HubSpot aligned with evolving business processes and stay up to date with new features and updates.

  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Proven, hands-on experience managing and optimising HubSpot CRM in a sales or operations environment

• Deep understanding of HubSpot pipelines, workflows, and data management

• Confidence building and interpreting dashboards and reporting structures

• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
