Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to businesses to confirm their current communications and broadband infrastructure
Speak with key decision-makers to gather detailed information about existing providers, packages, and any service pain points
Accurately log all interactions and collected data into the CRM system
Meet or exceed daily and weekly data collection and verification targets
Provide regular updates and reports on progress, sharing useful insights and findings
Take part in team meetings, training sessions, and idea-sharing to continuously develop your skills
