Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised, energetic, and resourceful Executive Assistant to work directly with our Commercial Director. This role is designed to supercharge his time, keeping the sales engine running at pace and removing day-to-day admin from his plate.
You’ll be his right hand day-to-day, ensuring the sales team stays on track, quotes and proposals are prepared accurately, and everyone has the information they need to win more customers. You’ll work closely across departments, coordinate the field team’s travel and schedules, and keep commercial operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role at the heart of a high-performing sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact and gatekeeper for the Commercial Director
Organise hotels and logistics for the sales team if needed
Gather data and prepare sales proposals for both new and existing customers
Assist with pricing, special discounts, and maintaining accurate sales records
Track sales activity, monitor appointments, route efficiency, and follow-up actions
Identify when sales reps are running behind and help adjust schedules in real time
Coordinate communication between sales, operations, and leadership teams
Handle day-to-day admin, reporting, and diary management
Provide personal assistance to help the Commercial Director stay focused on core business objectives
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience supporting a senior commercial or sales leader in a fast-paced business
Highly organised and detail-driven, with strong multitasking ability
Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with staff at all levels
Excellent written accuracy and numerical attention to detail
Tech-savvy, confident with Excel, HubSpot, Teams, and other modern office tools
Calm, proactive attitude, thrives in busy environments and enjoys problem-solving on the fly
Good with numbers, confident working out discounts and structuring special commercial deals
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or personal information
