Salary and Benefits:
· A competitive starting salary of £30K, increasing to £32,500 after training and £35K upon meeting KPIs. Senior roles offer £40K, with an OTE of £70K and top performers earning £100K+.

Role Overview:
As a Telemarketer, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and schedule appointments with senior decision-makers for our experienced field sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from our pre-qualified data.
· Utilise effective communication skills to pique interest and create awareness about the products and services we offer.
· Gather information about the prospect's needs, budget, and decision-making process.
· Assess their qualification as potential customers using predefined criteria.
· Conduct follow-up calls or emails to nurture leads that require additional engagement.
· Keep accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
· Stay informed about the products and services we offer.
· Clearly articulate key features and benefits to generate interest with potential clients.
Required Skills:
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
